(iWeb version)
When Apple switched from .Mac to MobileMe, it promised to allow HomePage sites and pages published via .Mac to remain on the web indefinitely. It also eventually disabled HomePage editing and creating. Okay, fine, I switched new content eventually to iWeb and the MobileMe Gallery.
In early October 2010, I got an e-mail saying that Apple would be discontinuing HomePage hosting at the beginning of November. Great. Thanks a lot, boneheads. Thanks for nothing.
So, I started recreating all of my HomePage albums and movie pages here, in this archive. I think I have everything (as of October 2010), except the boys’ school photos, which are now kept up to date in the web gallery. Formatting and appearance are different, because of the limited templates available in iWeb, and I didn’t want to spend the time and effort to reproduce the HomePages exactly.
Rather than reproduce the links at the top of every page in this archive, I’m reproducing them only below and on a separate, dynamically updated navigation page.
I don’t even know if all of this newly reuploaded content will fit on the iDisk.
